The designs and atmospheres created vary with each kiln and series. Delicate flowers, adorable cherries, elegant garlands, classical patterns... The beautiful patterns created by French artisans over 100 years ago continue to captivate us across time.
The size of antique large plates is one of their charms. They offer a wider range of serving possibilities, whether for elegantly plating a main dish or serving several side dishes on a single plate. They can also be used as a centerpiece with a generous amount of fruit or sweets, or simply displayed as they are to add rich color to a space. Hung on a wall, they have an artistic presence.
