Antique Dishes: Carrying French Time

Today, we've added three beautiful antique dishes to our online store, fresh from France. Each piece is unique, crafted in a different kiln.

This time, we are featuring two bowls from "Creil & Montereau" and one compote from "KG Luneville."

The first Creil & Montereau bowl features charming hand-painted flowers, exuding a warm atmosphere. The other bowl is characterized by a refined stencil pattern with a beautiful blue and orange contrast. The Luneville compote is a particularly rare item, with delicately drawn ivy leaves and tendrils, and decoration extending even to its foot.

These antiques are precious, conveying the warmth of the craftsmanship of artisans from over 100 years ago. The texture that develops with age and the slight signs of use tell the long story these dishes have lived.
