I've uploaded a vintage pink floral rim plate from Sarreguemines.
Introducing vintage plates from the Salins pottery.
What is Salins pottery?
Salins pottery was founded in 1857 in Salins-les-Bains, a town in southeastern France. Since it was acquired by Sarreguemines in 1968, all Salins pottery products are vintage items from before the 1960s. Therefore, existing pieces are rare and highly sought after by antique lovers.
About the plate we are introducing today
The plate we are introducing today is a particularly popular fluted-rim plate from Salins pottery. Its gentle pink color, reminiscent of spring, brightens up any dining table. The delicate relief combines elegance and cuteness, and simply looking at it brings a sense of calm.
Its remarkably good condition!
All five plates are free of chips and cracks, maintaining a beautiful condition that is hard to believe for vintage items. These are truly miraculous pieces, suggesting they were carefully preserved.
Please take a look.
