Today, we're introducing a plate from the Cassel series by Digoin & Sarreguemines. Believed to have been made between the 1950s and 1960s, this plate holds more value than just a simple dish.

Among the three plates being sold, one still has its price tag from "PARUNIS," a department store founded in 1950. Since PARUNIS was acquired by Printemps department store in the 1980s, this price tag is evidence that the plate has been carefully preserved for many years and is a valuable detail that evokes the spirit of a bygone era's department store.

The design, with its beautiful orange leaf-shaped motifs radiating in layers on a warm white background, is soothing to look at. The layering and gradation of colors are exquisite, creating a nostalgic, retro atmosphere, and simply having it nearby brings a gentle warmth to the entire space.
