I've added a vintage dessert plate.

We've added 8 charming dessert plates that bring the warm atmosphere of Provence in Southern France!

What kind of kiln is ADP Luxceram?

Today we are introducing dessert plates from the ADP Luxceram kiln. This kiln is said to be a ceramic manufacturer that was active in France in the mid-20th century, particularly from the 1950s to the 1960s.

The name "ADP" is also said to derive from "Art Décoratif Provençal," and as the name suggests, it produced many works filled with the rustic and idyllic charm unique to the Provence region. While retaining a hand-painted touch, it features warm floral patterns applied using a stamping (transfer) technique, vividly depicting how it colored the daily lives of people at that time.

Warm Floral Patterns with an Orange Accent

The dessert plates that have just arrived feature a charming bouquet of flowers drawn in a variety of colors such as pink, blue, yellow, and green on an ivory-colored ground. The hand-painted style, which evokes a sense of nostalgia, creates a unique vintage charm.

And the vibrant orange border that encircles the rim of the plate adds brightness and liveliness to the dining table. This orange color is an accent that truly evokes the sun of Provence.
