New Products: Antique Prints & Pewter Items
We've received a new shipment of antique fashion prints and pewter products.
These are cutouts from La Mode Illustrée, a women's fashion magazine published in Paris in the mid-19th century. The beautiful dresses are engraved with such delicate lines that you can almost feel the texture of the fabric. Some parts are hand-painted, adding a three-dimensional effect.
It's a delightful item to simply gaze at, as you can see the trends and manners of women from that era.
Framed in an antique frame, its beauty will be even more striking.
While this particular pewter item is a bit wobbly, the candle holder set is a personal favorite of mine.
Even without candles, it has a significant presence as a decorative piece. The smooth curves and the soft reflection of light from the fine scratches and scuffs evoke a sense of dignity and elegance.
Also, at Rêve d'Argile, we've newly added lemons. Rêve d'Argile's collection includes various fruit and vegetable ceramics, but this time we only received lemons.
If you're interested in what other types are available, please feel free to inquire.
