October Closures

Please note that our webshop will be closed for three days on Thursday, October 20th, Friday, October 21st, and Saturday, October 22nd.

During this period, you will still be able to make purchases on our webshop, but we will not be able to respond to inquiries via chat, email, or phone, nor will we be able to ship products.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Products ordered by 1 PM on Wednesday, October 19th can be shipped on the same day.

Products ordered after 1 PM will be shipped sequentially starting from the earliest possible date of Sunday, October 23rd. (If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please set it for October 25th or later).

*The antique exhibition at Franjour Ginza store will still be held.

Normal operations will resume from Sunday, October 23rd.
