Antique dessert plate U&C Sarreguemines Eglantier A

This is an antique dessert plate from the U&C Sarreguemines factory, Eglantier series.

"Eglantier" means wild rose.

Wild roses bloom profusely by the roadside, almost too beautiful to be true. Their free and natural beauty is wonderfully depicted here.

Because the coloring is hand-painted, the atmosphere and hues of each flower are unique, making you feel as if you are observing real flowers.

This is a lovely plate that you'll want to display and enjoy.

Condition: There is a lot of fine crazing, discoloration, and cutlery marks. There is a small protrusion on the underside of the rim that was made during manufacturing. You can enjoy the antique charm.
