This is an antique Limoges GDA Coquilles ravie.

Delicate roses dancing on white porcelain. Elegance woven from a wavy rim and flowers.

This ravie is from the GDA (Gerard, Dufraisseix, Abbot) workshop, a Limoges porcelain maker that France is proud of.
The translucent white porcelain features elegant shell-shaped (coquille) embossing, and in the center, adorable pink roses are painted with delicate touches.
It is a very elegant piece, beautifully harmonizing the refined sculptural beauty characteristic of Limoges with gorgeous floral patterns.

Utilizing its dignified beauty, it is a very attractive item as a jewelry tray around a dresser or as a display piece to adorn a pristine space.

Condition: There are kiln marks and slight fading of the print, but there are no chips or cracks, and the smooth luster characteristic of Limoges is beautifully maintained, making it in very excellent condition.
