This is a vintage knife made by Micheron.

MICHERON was manufactured in Chalon-sur-Saône from 1880 until it closed its doors in 2022.

It's a familiar brand to the locals in the town where our French staff live.
The blade is stainless steel and the handle is resin.

Condition: Shows some scratches and signs of use.
