Antique knife rest, silver-plated, Boulenger A

This is an antique knife rest made by Boulenger.

Boulenger was a renowned cutlery manufacturer active from 1810 to 1938.
They produced items for the French Navy and, in competition with Christofle, supplied some of the cutlery for the SS Normandie.

This is a ribbon-patterned knife rest.

Condition: Shows some scratches and signs of use.
