This sausage is a traditional sausage from Corsica, France.
This means it's a strong-willed sausage. You can tell by looking at the sheep on the tag. If you don't let it rest, it will get angry quickly.
However, if you want it to work a little, a few drops of diluted lavender or citronella essential oil can repel kitchen flies and mosquitoes.
Like other sausages and salamis, hanging it on a hook and placing a nice linen kitchen cloth next to it will make any kitchen picturesque.
