Antique Dessert Plate U&C Sarreguemines Panier C

This is a dessert plate from U&C Sarreguemines.

It dates from around 1850. The openwork rim features a "panier" pattern, creating a delicate design that combines lovely lace and a basket weave.

Although the color is simple, the beauty of the trim enhances whatever is placed on it.

Crazing is present throughout.

There is a small chip on the back.
