MAISON CISSON

SPICY BASQUE CHORIZO / 100% PURE KNIT

Knitted Salami Made in France

For French people, spicy chorizo and its warm hues are a reminder of holidays, sunshine, Southern France, chilled rosé wine, and time spent with friends. That's why Maison Cisson loves chorizo. But this isn't just any chorizo; it's knitted. You can display it permanently, reminding you of happy times whenever you see it.
If you display it on a hook, paired with linen kitchen towels and garlic, you'll feel like you're in Southern France.

History of Chorizo: Chorizo is a salami that originated in Spain. It's seasoned with salt and several types of chili peppers, giving it a reddish-orange color and a subtly fruity aroma. Known since the 6th century, the Basque region of France is a major producer. It is usually elongated and folded in half, and it's recommended to eat it quickly as it dries easily. However, Maison Cisson's chorizo can be displayed without worry.
