SAUCISSON D'ARLES/100% PURE KNIT
Knit salami made in France.
Maison Cisson's first knitted salami. The string used is the same as that used for real salami, and it is tied in the same way. Hanging it on a hook with kitchen towels or small frying pans will make any kitchen wall attractive.
The real Arles salami originated from Bologna salami in Italy. In 1655, a butcher from Arles named GODART brought it back and it spread. Actual salami is grey and cylindrical, weighing approximately 300 grams, with a length of 15 cm to 20 cm and a diameter of 4 cm to 5 cm.
