Antique compote dish E. Bourgeois Rouen XVII

This compotier is from the Rouen 18eme series, made for E. Bourgeois's shop (le Grand Depot).

With fine crazing and spreading stains, along with chips on the rim, this compotier exudes an antique charm. It has such a captivating aura that you can't help but be drawn to it.

This plate features a design typical of 18th-century Rouen, with a lovely basket painting in the center.

Condition: Extensive crazing and discoloration are present throughout. There are large chips on the base and the rim of the plate.
