This is an antique Minton teacup and saucer from the Cockatrice series.
It features a famous design by Minton, known for its depictions of mythical creatures.
The backstamp on the saucer is an unusual Minton backstamp, suggesting the cup and saucer were likely made in the mid-19th century.
Condition: No chips or cracks, in very good condition. There is a manufacturing flaw on the handle, but it is glazed.
