Le Rouquin des Campagnes (Knitted Cheese) in an Eco-bag
MAISON CISSON
LE ROUQUIN DES CAMPAGNES / 100% PURE KNIT
French Knit Cheese
Epoisses, Livarot, Munster, Pont-l'Évêque – these are all washed-rind cheeses, just like this one. With a history spanning over 1000 years, they are predominantly produced in northern and eastern France.
Le Rouquin des Campagnes is no exception. Made from cow's milk and washed with Marc de Bourgogne (a strong alcohol). This is Maison Cisson's signature knitted version.
It comes in an authentic cheese box made from spruce wood sourced from Jura, France. The charming label is inspired by early cheese box designs.
Inside the box, you'll find a knitted pouch crafted to resemble Le Rouquin des Campagnes, and within it, an eco-bag with a red and white gingham pattern, reminiscent of French dining tables.
It makes for a delightful and humorous gift, or as French-inspired interior decor.
