This is an antique barbotine dessert plate from Sarreguemines.

Beautiful and intricate relief created by slip casting.

The grapes peek out from under the vine leaves, making them very three-dimensional. The varying flow of the glaze creates different shades of color, adding depth.

It's a wonderful plate that you'll want to display as a decorative piece.

Condition: Craquelure has spread throughout, but it is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
