Vintage coffee pot Grigny
This is an antique coffee pot from the Labrut & Cie Grigny kiln.
An adorable coffee pot with a soft ecru (off-white) base adorned with colorful bouquets.
Its plump ceramic texture and elegantly flowing form, accented with delicate gold lines, add a touch of sharp elegance to its rustic charm.
The star of this pot is the vivid floral painting in the center.
Pink roses are arranged around a central point, balanced with small blue and yellow flowers, creating a bright and uplifting impression every time you see it.
Particularly noteworthy is its exquisite size. Standing at approximately 19.5cm tall, it has a substantial presence, yet its rounded silhouette doesn't feel overwhelming.
It excels not only as a coffee pot but also as a teapot for brewing your favorite teas, making the most of its generous capacity.
Alternatively, remove the lid and use it as a very effective flower vase for dynamically arranging seasonal flowers.
Just having this pot on your breakfast table in the morning will make time flow leisurely, as if you were on vacation in a French countryside town.
Condition: Minor scratches on the spout. Crazing due to age is visible throughout, but it is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
Size: 22cm x 13cm x approx. 19.5cm (17cm without lid)
Period: Mid-20th century
