This is an antique coffee cup and saucer from the Sarreguemines factory.
It's a lovely demitasse cup and saucer.
The design is elaborate, with colors hand-painted over the transferware.
Each piece features a different pattern, evoking Chinoiserie and Japonisme.
It would look wonderful not only in the kitchen but also displayed on a bookshelf or open shelf.
Condition: There is overall crazing on the saucer.
Slight crazing can also be seen on the cup, but it is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
