This is an antique cup and saucer set from the Saint Clement (Saint-Clément) pottery, part of the Libellule series.

The "Libellule" series from Saint Clement pottery was designed by the Art Nouveau master, Émile Gallé.
"Libellule" means "dragonfly" in French.
During the Art Nouveau period, natural motifs were frequently incorporated into art and crafts.
Its charm lies in its warm design, featuring hand-painted flowers and adorable insects, as if plucked from a picture book.

What particularly catches the eye are the exquisite form and the beautifully designed handle.
This cup and saucer set has a strong presence, looking picturesque even when simply placed on display.

As this is an antique item, please excuse any minor scratches or dirt.

Condition: There is a small chip on the rim of the cup, but it is not noticeable. It remains in good condition.
The saucer is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

Size: Cup: Approximately 11.5cm x 9cm x 5cm high (6cm including handle)
Saucer: Approximately 13.5cm in diameter x 2.4cm high
Era: Believed to have been manufactured around the end of the 19th century.
Given the "KG (Keller & Guérin)" mark, it is presumed to have been made after Émile Gallé left Saint Clement pottery.
