Vintage Cup Villeroy & Boch Rusticana D

This is a vintage Villeroy & Boch Rusticana cup.

"Rusticana" means rustic or rural. As the name suggests, the cup is beautifully decorated with idyllic rural scenery surrounding a lake. The rim features a lace-like relief, adding an elegant touch. The rhythmic relief is pleasant to the touch, conveying a warm and gentle feel.

Even the inside of the cup has a wild rose pattern, making it a small yet exquisitely beautiful cup.

This is a French-made Villeroy.

Since Saar, a border region with Germany, became part of France after the war, this is a rare cup produced as "made in France" during that period.

Manufactured between 1947 and 1956.

There is a large crack in the body. It's recommended for enjoying its vintage charm and for photo shoots.
