This is an elegant pair of dessert cutlery from BOULENGER, a prestigious French silversmith.

Finished with a luxurious gold plating over silver plate.
This piece retains the grandeur of the late 19th to early 20th century, when it adorned the tables of French aristocrats and the wealthy.

The handles feature elegant, three-dimensional plant motifs (acanthus and flowers) reminiscent of Rococo style.
Characteristic of Boulenger, the intricate carving, while substantial, exudes an overwhelming presence not found in modern cutlery.
