This is an antique dessert plate from the Luneville pottery's "fauvette" series.
"Fauvette" refers to a warbler. While their songs differ, warblers also inhabit France.
Two warblers perched on a branch seem to be chatting. Combined with the vibrant flowers, this plate has a lovely impression.
It would also be wonderful displayed as a decorative plate.
Condition: There is a stain on the back, but it is not visible from the front. There are some faint cutlery marks, but there are no chips or cracks, and it is in good condition.
