Antique Dessert Plate, Sarreguemines "La chasse N8"

This is an antique dessert plate from the Sarreguemines pottery, part of the "La Chasse" series.

La Chasse means "the hunt."
This series features various hunting scenes.

The dynamic imagery, capturing a fleeting moment, is captivating.
N8 "Chasse aux faisans" means "pheasant hunting."

Additionally, the rim is adorned with a delicate purple garland pattern, creating an interesting and appealing contrast with the main image. It's lovely to combine with other decorative plates or an antique frame.

Condition: Craquelure is visible, but there are no chips or cracks, and it shows very little sign of use, making it in good condition.
