Antique Plate L&G Clairfontaine Récamier D

This is an antique plate from the L&G Clairefontaine kiln, from the Recamier series.

I believe the series name comes from Madame Récamier.
Madame Récamier, with her beauty and intellect, was a leading figure in 19th-century French high society.
Her beauty inspired many works of art, and her fame is still known today.
It may have been the intention to evoke Madame Récamier to express the elegance, sophistication, and beauty of the plate.
