This is an antique "Guirlande" series plate from the Saint-amand pottery.

"Guirlande" means "garland" in French.
As the name suggests, the rim is adorned with an elegant floral garland pattern, interwoven with ribbons and flowers.
The geometric beauty, depicted with delicate dots and curves, is exquisitely balanced with soft floral motifs.

The calm navy blue tone exudes an intellectual and elegant presence.
