This is a plate from the Provence series by U&C Sarreguemines.
The beautiful turquoise transfer pattern is applied over a relief, giving this series an elegant appeal.
Though unadorned and simple in design, this plate has a strong presence.
Condition: There are minor chips on the rim, but they are not noticeable. There is crazing and some staining due to age, but it is in relatively good condition.
