Its unique handles and beautiful side silhouette are captivating. The lace-like patterns at the top and bottom add elegance.

This series was produced at the Utzschneider Pottery in Sarreguemines in the 1890s.

In France, bright red and pink geraniums have long been seen on windowsills and in potted plants. Geraniums are popular for their refreshing scent, but they also have insect-repelling properties, so they have traditionally been displayed by windows.

Geraniums are very familiar to French people. At the end of their slender, delicate stems, they bear many small, charming star-shaped flowers. Their visual appeal is also one of the reasons they are so beloved.

There are craquelure and stains, but no chips or cracks, and it is in good condition.
