This is an antique teacup and saucer from the Sarreguemines factory, pattern #252, Minton design.
Floral patterns are depicted with vibrant colors. Colors are hand-painted over the transfer, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
This particular piece features flowers and a cuckoo (bird) as motifs, with a design that evokes Japonisme.
It's a wonderful series where vibrant flowers bloom on the beautiful, translucent white porcelain.
Condition: No chips or cracks, in very good condition.
