Also known as "Kagami-gusa" (shadow grass), the lily of the valley evokes the image of a beautiful and modest woman who cherishes her loved ones and quietly watches over them from the shadows.

With its rustic and understated beauty, the lily of the valley has long been beloved in France as "the flower that brings happiness and brings happiness back." May 1st is also known as "fête du muguet," a day for gifting lilies of the valley to loved ones.
