Lily of the valley is also known as "Kimi Kage Sou" (shadow-hiding grass), evoking the image of a beautiful and modest woman who thinks of her loved ones and gently watches over them from the shadows.

With its rustic and understated beauty, lily of the valley has long been famous in France as "the flower that brings happiness, the flower that brings happiness again." May 1st is "fête du muguet," a day to give lily of the valley to loved ones. It is also a popular flower for weddings, as its veiled shape resembles a bride.

This design evokes the modest beauty of the lily of the valley. The deep greenish-blue and white pottery further enhance its elegance. Between the motifs, there are small floral reliefs, adding a soft, lacy impression to this captivating series.

Condition: There are chips and multiple cracks extending into the well. Please note that there are also crazing, cutlery marks, and stains.
