Antique Deep Plate, Saint-Amand Marie-Louise

This is a vintage deep plate from the Moulin des Loups pottery, from the Marie-Louise series.

As its name suggests, it features an elegant design that seems to evoke Marie-Louise, empress of Napoleon I.
The flowers, depicted in a subdued blue-green, are華やか, yet possess a modest and refined beauty.

The contrast with the translucent white porcelain creates a dignified presence that makes you stand a little taller every time you look at it.
The delicate gradation spreading along the rim adds a touch of class to your dining table.

Condition: There are crazing and slight stains, but no chips or cracks, and it is in very good condition.
