Antique deep plate, Sarreguemines Muguet (Red) A

This is an antique deep plate from the Saint-Amand pottery, part of the Muguet series.

Charming little lilies of the valley line up, decorating the rim. Their neat arrangement is like hand-knitted lace.

The Bordeaux-colored series is rarer than the green-toned series.

The beautiful coloring evokes a sense of passion hidden within the tiny lilies of the valley.

Condition: Craquelure, stains, and cutlery marks are present, but there are no chips or cracks, indicating good condition.
