This is an antique soupiere from the Badonviller kiln, Aurore series.
"Aurore" means dawn or daybreak.
Its color scheme and design, reminiscent of faint light filtering in, beautifully blend into any room atmosphere.
This is a lovely soupiere that you'll want to display on an open shelf.
Condition: Craquelure is visible. There is a large chip on the underside of the lid, but it is not noticeable when the lid is closed.
