Antique Cake Plate, British Pottery (Stanley Charles Amison)

This is an antique cake plate from the Stanley Charles Amison kiln.

It's a large cake plate, essential for any tea time.

Featuring a bold Imari-style pattern and wavy rim details, the design is further enhanced by placing cakes or fruits in the blank space in the center.
The hand-painted decoration covering the entire plate is as beautiful as a painting.

It can be used as a main plate for serving whole cakes or as a service plate for appetizers.

Condition: There are some signs of age such as crazing and fading gilt, but there are no chips or cracks, and it is in good condition.
