MAISON CISSON

SWEET BASQUE CHORIZO / 100% PURE KNIT

KNITTED SALAMI MADE IN FRANCE

Chorizo is widely known, but Maison Cisson's chorizo is made of wool.
This is the sweet version, not the spicy one. It's knitted with red-orange wool and encased in a red cotton mesh, resembling an edible string, creating a wonderful ambiance.
This modern design fits well even in a simple kitchen.
In France, chorizo brings to mind summer holidays, sunshine, and aperitifs with friends.
Hang it on a nail or hook and display it with chili peppers and garlic, and you'll instantly feel like you're in the South of France.

History of Chorizo: Originating in Spain, it's a type of salami flavored with salt and various chili peppers, giving it a reddish-orange color and a subtly fruity aroma. Known since the 6th century, the Basque region of France is a major producer. It's typically long and folded in half, and because it dries quickly, it's best eaten promptly. However, Maison Cisson's chorizo can be displayed without worry.
