Vintage dessert plate, Sarreguemines Windsor C

This is a vintage dessert plate from the Sarreguemines factory, from their Windsor series.

"Windsor" is the name of a historic town located along the River Thames, west of London.
Its charm lies in the deep, subdued colors that evoke the reddish-brown roofs and walls of that town.

The vividly depicted exotic plant motifs exude a strong vitality and spirit.
