This is a vintage Moyen-Age series large dish from Gien Pottery.
It features a striking design with rocaille-inspired leaf patterns and cornflowers covering the surface. All the colors are hand-painted, making it an elaborate piece.
Its generous size makes it perfect for displaying a large quantity of fruit on a cupboard or table.
Condition: There is crazing and some staining on the base. There is a chip on the foot rim on the back, but it does not affect the front.
