Vintage Large Limoges GDA Chaux de Fonds Plate

This is a vintage large platter from the Limoges GDA kiln, part of the Chaux de Fonds series.

GDA stands for the initials of Gerard, Dufraissex, and Abbot.
The series name "Chaux-de-fonds" likely comes from a place name in Switzerland.
At first glance, it is a beautiful piece with impressive colors, elegant relief, and gilding reminiscent of Marie Antoinette.

Condition: No chips or cracks, and very little signs of use, in excellent condition.
