This is a vintage teacup and saucer from the Digoin & Sarreguemines pottery, Agreste series.
In French, "Agreste" means something rural, simple, and rustic.
The bouquet of poppies, bellflowers, thistles, and daisies depicted on the plate are all plants commonly seen in the French countryside.
