Vintage Dessert Plate Gien Les tartes "Cherry Pie"

This is a vintage dessert plate from Gien's "Les Tartes" (Tarts) series.

The tart pattern series was designed by Marie-Pierre Boitard for Gien.
There are six types in the tart series in total. The different designs for each fruit are very cute and charming.
This one is "Tarte aux Cerises" (Cherry Tart).
The rim features a rhythmic garland of fruits, and the center design evokes a peaceful picnic.

This is a lovely dessert plate that you'll want to display by hanging it on a wall or placing it on a plate stand. The back stamp is also charming, so please be sure to check it out.

Condition: There is crazing, but no chips or cracks, making it in very good condition.
