This is a vintage dessert plate from Villeroy & Boch, part of the Alt Strassburg series.
"Strassburg" refers to a city in northeastern France, close to Germany. It's famous for being a place where figures like Goethe, Mozart, Gutenberg, and Pasteur once lived.
The Alt Strassburg series features elegant and beautiful designs, much like the Rhine River that flows nearby.
The beautiful flowers blooming on the plate and the smooth relief evoke an elegant and refined atmosphere.
It would also look lovely displayed on a wall.
