Vintage Coffee Pot, Digoin & Sarreguemines "Mary-Lou"
This is a vintage coffee pot from the Digoin & Sarreguemines pottery, part of the "Mary-Lou" series.
The "Mary-Lou" series is charming with its individually hand-painted floral patterns on a warm, creamy white background.
Unlike plates, the three-dimensional pot features a slightly angular, stylish form characteristic of the Art Deco period,
presenting a refined appearance that is not overly sweet but rather neat and sophisticated.
The vibrant blue brushstrokes that adorn the rim of the lid and dishes are beautiful,
and from any angle, the pot is picturesque, with the elegant curves of the spout and handle, and the three-dimensionality of the lid's finial.
Enjoy an elegant tea time by filling it with your favorite coffee or tea to make it the star of your table.
It is also highly recommended to use it as a vase for a dynamic arrangement of seasonal flowers.
Condition: There is slight crazing, but no chips or cracks, and minimal signs of use, indicating it is in very good condition.
Size: Width from spout to handle: Approximately 21cm x 12cm
Height (including lid): Approximately 18cm (without lid): Approximately 15.5cm
Era: 1920s to 1960s
