Vintage Plate Digoin & Sarreguemines Mary-Lou C

This is a vintage plate from the Mary-Lou series by the Digoin & Sarreguemines pottery.

This charming plate features a warm, creamy white background adorned with meticulously hand-painted floral patterns.
The back is stamped with "Peint à la main" (hand-painted), and the varying shades of pigment, overlapping colors, and brushstrokes evoke the gentle artistry of handcrafted work.
The plump, rounded flowers are delightful, exuding a rustic and charming ambiance reminiscent of the French countryside (campagne).

The rim is hand-painted with vibrant blue brushstrokes, giving the entire piece a well-defined and refined impression without appearing blurry.

Condition: Craquelure is visible, but there are no chips or cracks, and with minimal signs of use, it is in excellent condition.
