Vintage Plate Digoin & Sarreguemines Mary-Lou D

This is a vintage plate from the Digoin & Sarreguemines factory, from their Mary-Lou series.

Its charm lies in the hand-painted floral motifs on a warm, creamy white background, each carefully rendered.
The back is stamped "Peint à la main" (hand-painted), and the varying shades of pigment, overlapping colors, and brushstrokes evoke the gentle artistry of handcrafted work.
The plump, rounded flowers are endearing, lending a rustic and delicate charm reminiscent of the French countryside (campagne).

The rim features a vibrant blue brushstroke design, also hand-painted, which keeps the overall appearance from being indistinct and provides a nice, well-defined impression.

Condition: Craquelure is present, but there are no chips or cracks, and signs of use are minimal, making it in very good condition.
