Vintage Plate Digoin & Sarreguemines Mary-Lou (E)

This is a vintage plate from the Digoin & Sarreguemines factory, from the Mary-Lou series.

Its charm lies in the hand-painted floral pattern on a warm, creamy white background.
The back is stamped "Peint à la main" (hand-painted), and the varying pigment intensity, color layering, and brushstrokes all convey the gentle texture unique to handmade items.
The plump, rounded flowers are endearing, evoking a simple and charming atmosphere reminiscent of the French countryside (campagne).

The rim features a vibrant blue brushstroke pattern, also hand-painted, which keeps the overall design from looking indistinct and gives it a well-defined appearance.

Condition: There is crazing, but no chips or cracks, and minimal signs of use, so it is in very good condition.
