Vintage Deep Plate Digoin & Sarreguemines Mary-Lou 1A

This is a vintage deep plate from the Digoin & Sarreguemines factory, from the Mary-Lou series.

Its charm lies in the meticulously hand-painted floral pattern on a warm, creamy white background.
The back is marked "Peint à la main" (hand-painted), and the varying shades of pigment, overlapping colors, and brushstrokes evoke a gentle, handmade feel.
The plump, rounded flowers are endearing, creating a rustic and lovely atmosphere reminiscent of the French countryside (campagne).

The rim is hand-painted with a vibrant blue brushstroke pattern, which keeps the overall design from being blurry and gives it a nicely defined look.

Condition: No chips or cracks, and minimal signs of use, in very good condition.
