Vintage Deep Plate, Digoin & Sarreguemines Mary-Lou 2A

This is a vintage deep plate from the Mary-Lou series by Digoin & Sarreguemines.

This charming plate features carefully hand-painted floral patterns on a warm, creamy white background.
The back is stamped with "Peint à la main" (hand-painted), and the varying pigment intensity, color layering, and brushstrokes all contribute to the gentle, handmade texture.
The plump, rounded flowers are adorable, evoking a simple yet lovely atmosphere reminiscent of the French countryside (campagne).

The rim is hand-painted with a vibrant blue brushstroke pattern, which prevents the overall design from looking indistinct and gives it a nicely defined appearance.

Condition: There is slight crazing on the rim, but no chips or cracks, and minimal signs of use, making it in very good condition.
